Animal & Preserve Management

• Herd health, feeding, water systems, and daily livestock care
• Monitoring and stocking domestic rams, hogs, turkeys, and exotics
• Maintaining blinds, feeders, cameras, and hunting zones
• Ensuring the preserve stays safe, healthy, and hunt-ready year-round
   

Hunting Operations & Safety

• Managing the preserve reservation system and check-ins
• Enforcing safety protocols and training requirements
• Assisting with guided hunts, blood-tracking, retrieval, and processing
• Supporting youth hunts, first-time hunters, and owner guests
   

Facility & Property Upkeep

• Maintaining fencing, roads, gates, trails, and preserve infrastructure
• Operating the walk-in freezer and commercial processing kitchen
• Keeping the rec center, ponds, and community amenities in top condition
   

Owner Support

• Helping owners learn the property and understand the preserve system
• Preparing blinds, checking feeders, and assisting with special events
• Being on-site and available for day-to-day needs or emergencies
